Grilled Cheese with Sun Dried Fruit Bliss Tomato Halves

This time of year, comfort food is what it's all about. This grilled cheese, enhanced with Fruit Bliss' organic Turkish tomato halves, is perfect for a cold day.

- Two slices of a bread of your choice (we love Vermont Bread Organic Soft Wheat)
- 2 slices of Daiya Cheddar Cheese
- 2 slices of Daiya Provolone Cheese
- 5 pieces Fruit Bliss Turkish Tomato Halves
- Coconut Oil

Prep the sandwich by stacking two slices of cheddar, approximately five pieces of Turkish Tomato Halves (enough to cover the cheese) and  two slices of provolone in between two slices of bread. Cover the pan with coconut oil and brown on both sides. We recommend serving with a side salad with Daiya's Creamy Caesar dressing.
