Make these Grain-Free Chocolate Cherry Bliss Balls made with just 5 ingredients and naturally sweetened with tart cherries and dates for an easy energizing snack. They’re chewy and perfectly sweet, with just the right about of texture and chocolate flavor. They’re fun to prepare in advance for meal prep so you can enjoy bliss balls all week long. They’re compact and portable, making them the perfect to stash in a hiking bag, purse, or suitcase.


Apricot Ginger Sauce:

  • Extra-firm tofu
  • Avocado oil


This recipe is really easy to mix up with a high-speed blender or food processor.

  1. Add the dried cherries, dates, cashews, almonds, and raw cacao powder to the blender bucket and pulse everything until it’s well-combined, scraping down the sides as needed to recombine.The mixture is done when you have a thick sticky paste.
  1. Once everything is well-combined, scoop the mixture out with a cookie scoop and roll it into small 1” balls.
  2. You can enjoy the balls immediately!
  3. Store the leftover balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
